danke fuer Ihre Meinung.

Alles was im Appartement vorhanden ist, ist in der Beschreibung und sieht man auch in den Bildern. Ein Sandwich-maker gibt es wohl. Es ist auch geschrieben, dass die Appartement kein Backofen haben, sonst ein Mikrowelle.



Es tut uns sehr Leid, dass Sie Probleme mit der Sauberkeit Kuehschrank und Bettdecken hatten. Was ist aber Schade ist, ist dass Sie bei Check-in uns nicht gesagt haben.

Leider kann es passieren, aber wenn wir es sofort gewusst hatten, haetten wir die Probleme geloest. Es ist fuer uns frustierend, diese Sache nur nach Abreise zu wissen, da auf diese Weise, koennen wir fuer diesen Kunde nichts mehr machen.



Wir bedanken uns nochmal fuer die Bewertung, und hoffen dass Sie bei uns wiederkommen.

In the apartment there is a sandwich maker and nowhere there's written that we have an oven (we do not want to cheat our customers), there's written that we have a microwave. The same is for the stove (2 rings), which can be seen clearly also from the pictures.



I'm sorry to hear you had problems with the fridge and the covers. But we are also sorry that you did not say anything when checking-in otherwise we would have solved the problem. It's really frustrating for us to discover those things after few months, when we cannot do anything more for the customer.



We hope to have you back here anyway maybe in the future
