Small, cosy Sauna Cottage for two guests behind a private residence - Peaceful location right by Lake Saimaa, surrounded by woods
This romantic cottage is located right on the lake shore, close to the small village of Anttola, in the South East of Finland in the most famous lake district. It is in a peaceful location by Lake Saimaa, 30 km from Mikkeli town, 7 km from village Anttola.
It is perfect for a holiday at a stunning lakeside surrounded by woods - an unforgettable experience.
The wooden cottage is divided into two separate rooms: the one on the right is furnished with a twin bed (140 x 200 cm) and the room in the left half of the cottage is a sauna room. You can take a traditional sauna bath (one hour) and shower with warm water in the woodburning sauna room.
Please note:
The owners of the cottage live in the main villa building behind. Guests have their own sauna hours, but 3 hours each day the sauna is used by the owner's family.
In a separate little outhouse, some 15 metres behind the sauna cottage, there is another bathroom with a shower and biokompostor that's only for the use of guests staying in the wooden cottage. Cooking possibility by using microwave and barbeque. There is a water boiler in the room. Electricity. Toilet paper.
Smoking is not allowed in the area at all.
There is a stunning sandy bottom beach area for swimming. Possible to do angling on the platform. Barbeque area with lake view. Private garden and beach. It's a private area closed for outsiders: only for the people booked and registered visiting to the estate. Surrounded by Lake Saimaa and private woods.
It is possible to rent a rowing boat, canoe or bicycles.
Located along the canoe safari and boating route by the lake Saimaa. Peaceful private residential estate.
